Delivery Policy

1. Nature of our services

Crenzo, a brand of Sankar Group ("Crenzo") provides digital influencer marketing services. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so no physical shipping is involved in our paid services.

2. How services are delivered

• Campaign plans, creator shortlists, content drafts and reports are shared digitally by email, WhatsApp or our online tools.
• Content is published on the agreed social media platforms on the agreed dates.
• Delivery timelines for each campaign are agreed in writing before work starts. Most campaigns go live within 7-14 days of the final brief.

3. Barter campaigns

For barter campaigns, the brand is responsible for shipping its products to creators. Crenzo shares creator delivery details with the brand with the creator's consent.

4. Delays

If a delivery date is likely to be missed, we will inform you in advance and agree a new date, or follow our Refund Policy.
